I contracted with Jawnt to transition their MVP to a full-service platform. While I was there I worked closely with product and engineering partners to extend the information architecture to accommodate their product roadmap, deliver expanded features to empower account administrators, and designed the UX and UI for their new game-changing product, a tax-free transit payment card.

With an ambitious timeline of launching a payment card offering within several months, my process was systematic. After documenting the existing platform, I used the new information architecture as a guide to inform the product roadmap. I then designed desktop and mobile screens for the identified task flows.
